Randy Brock has held a variety of roles in the public and private sectors. From 2017 to present, they have served as a State Senator for the State of Vermont. From 2013 to present, they have been an Independent Director for ipCapital Group. From 2003 to present, they have been a Board Member for the Alzheimer's Association National Board of Directors. From 2003 to 2013, they were the CEO of Rockledge Risk Advisors LLC. From 2008 to present, they have been a Trustee for Vermont Law School. From 2009 to present, they have been a Trustee for the Vermont Randy'storical Society. From 2004 to present, they have been the Chairman of the Board for Hodges University Foundation. From 2009 to present, they have been the Vice Chairman, Board of Visitors for the United States Military Academy. Lastly, from 2005 to 2009, they served as the State Auditor for the State of Vermont.

Randy Brock holds an AB in Randy'story from Middlebury College and an MA from Yale University. Randy also holds three certifications: Certified in Risk Management Assurance from the Institute of Internal Auditors (obtained in July 2013), Professional Director from the American College of Corporate Directors (obtained in June 2013), and Certified Fraud Examiner from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (obtained in April 1997).
