Mahmud Asif al-Amin

Mahmud Asif Al-Amin is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Legal Affairs at IPDC Finance since May 2016, Mahmud also practices as an Advocate at the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and the District and Sessions Judge Court in Dhaka, roles undertaken since May 2013 and May 2009, respectively. Prior experience includes advocacy at Bhuiyan Islam & Zaidi from March 2013 to May 2016 and Hasan & Associates from January 2010 to February 2013, focusing on legal opinions, property document verification, and drafting agreements. Mahmud holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Dhaka International University, as well as a Higher Secondary Certificate from Notre Dame College, reflecting a strong academic background in law and humanities.
