Musharrat Rahman

Musharrat Rahman is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Assistant Manager of HR Operations & Compensation at IPDC Finance since October 2021, following the role of Senior Executive in the same department from April 2019 to October 2021. Responsibilities include managing the employee life cycle and overseeing salary disbursement for outsourced employees. Previously, Musharrat held the position of Executive in HR Operations at IPDC Finance and interned in HR at Royalty Bangladesh. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration with dual majors in Human Resources Management and Finance from North South University, and O'level and A'level certifications in Accounting and Economics from Manarat International School.
