Shamia Sultana has extensive experience in the finance and marketing sectors, currently serving as an Associate Relationship Manager at IPDC Finance since October 2016, where responsibilities include achieving set targets in asset and liability management. Previously, in various roles at BRAC-Aarong from July 2010 to April 2016, Shamia focused on online marketing, cash management, and sales, contributing to the company's significant reach in the handicraft market in Bangladesh. Shamia holds a Master of Professional Banking degree from the University of Dhaka, along with master's and bachelor's degrees in Accounting from National University and Dhaka Women’s College, respectively. Additionally, Shamia completed secondary and higher secondary education in Humanities and Business Studies.
