Abdul Rahim is responsible for ensuring that the group maximises the value it achieves - through knowledge.

Abdul is a senior development professional with more than 15 years of experience across diverse sectors including urban, health, rural & social development and IT & e-Governance. He has led a number of projects which include, Implementation of Fund Based Accrual Accounting System (FBAS) in Urban Local Bodies of Karnataka under ADB funded Karnataka Urban Development and Coastal Environmental Management Project (KUDCEMP); Health Systems Development Initiative (HSDI) for the Government of West Bengal and Odisha Modernising Economy, Governance & Administration (OMEGA) programme, both supported by DFID. As a Knowledge Management Expert in DFID supported Knowledge Partnership Programme (KPP), he was responsible for production and dissemination of high-quality research and analysis products, sharing Indian and global evidences in order to help developing countries strengthen their approaches to food and nutrition security; and manage resources more efficiently within food-water-energy nexus. Also, as a Municipal Finance Expert in the World Bank-funded Kabul Urban Reconstruction Project, he was instrumental in bringing the accounting reforms in the Kabul Municipality in Afghanistan and Over the years, he has been advisor to several government agencies throughout India and internationally across Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Jordan for programmes supported by international bilateral and multilateral agencies.

Abdul Rahim is a qualified Chartered Accountant and rank-holder at all levels of the CA examination. He also holds Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur (India). He is an accredited Management Teacher from AIMA, a certified Trainer, NLP Practitioner and a member of Toastmasters International & Junior Chamber International.
