Davide Caffarelli

Davide Caffarelli is an experienced HR Specialist with a strong background in Learning and Development, currently working at Iper La grande i since September 2023. Previously, Davide served as an HR Specialist at BMW Group from June 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included Employer Branding, Communication, and Corporate Social Responsibility alongside Learning and Development for various BMW entities. Davide's career in human resources began at IEO Istituto Europeo di Oncologia, contributing to Learning and Development from April 2018 to May 2022, preceded by an 11-month internship focused on HR and Learning and Development. Davide holds a Master of Science in Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and has completed studies at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, Università Politecnica delle Marche, and various international institutions.
