Dhruv Talwar

Dhruv Talwar has over 25 years of professional experience. Dhruv began their career in 1996 as a Customer Services Agent at United Airlines, where they were responsible for providing high-level customer service and pre-flight editing. That same year, they also worked as a Front Office Executive at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, where they were in charge of carrying out check-out procedures and handling cash, check and credit card transactions. In 1999, they joined eFunds International India Private Limited as a Team Leader, managing a team of 18 Process Associates and directing their performance and workflow. From 2004 to 2006, they worked at Aon Hewitt as a Service Manager for two different processes. In 2015, Dhruv Talwar co-founded and became Director at Globexo Business Consulting LLP. From 2017 to 2018, they served as Vice President at Diverse Infotech Pvt. Ltd. and from 2018 to 2021, they were Vice President of Global Business Development at IPEX Global Inc. Currently, Dhruv Talwar is the Business Head at E-Strategy International Inc.

Dhruv Talwar obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from Delhi University between 1994 and 1997. Additionally, in March 2021, they earned the Sales Knowledge 2021 - SAP Partner Digital and Social Selling Expert certification from SAP.
