Dolores de Rooij

Dolores de Rooij, CFA, currently serves as Senior Business Development Manager Blended Financing at Invest-NL, the largest impact investor in the Netherlands, focusing on financial solutions for projects that accelerate the energy transition. Dolores is a member of the European Hydrogen Financing Forum and the Investors Dialogue on Energy of the European Commission. Additionally, Dolores is actively involved in the Netherlands Advisory Board on Impact Investing as a member of the Blended Finance Working Group and serves as a council member for the IPFA Dutch branch. Prior experience includes roles at PGGM Investments as an Investment Manager and various positions in infrastructure investment. Dolores holds a Master of Science in International Management from Nyenrode Business University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University, alongside a CFA Charterholder designation.
