Graciela Valenzuela

Graciela Valenzuela has worked in the telecommunications industry since 2000. Graciela began their career as a Senior Channel Account Manager at Avaya, where they implemented new solutions based on customer's short and long term needs, building long term relationships and managing 7.3 million dollars in maintenance contracts. In 2003, they moved to IPFone as a Business Communications Specialist in Miami-Dade County, Florida. At IPFone, they were responsible for providing cloud CiscoWebex based PBX systems and dedicated high speed internet access, powered by Cisco/BroadSoft, and partnered with Polycom, Yealink, and Cisco hardware.

Graciela Valenzuela obtained a Bachelor's degree in Humanities & Cultural Studies from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid between 1996 and 1999. In 2014, they obtained a Business Specialist - Marketing certification from Miami Dade College.
