Xiao Huang

Xiao Huang has a diverse range of work experience. Since 2015, they have been serving as the Managing Director of IPG Automotive China. Prior to this role, Xiao Huang worked as a Division Director at Altran China from 2014 to 2015, where they were responsible for managing a division of 200+ engineers and overseeing various operational aspects such as budgeting, strategic planning, and sales revenue growth. Before that, they were the Chief Representative for Christof Group in China from 2013 to 2014. They also held the position of Head of Sales at Lotus Engineering from 2010 to 2012 and Sales Manager at Magna Steyr from 2005 to 2010. Xiao Huang's career began as an Engineer at Nanjing Fiat from 2003 to 2005, where they worked on vehicle layout and led small vehicle projects.

Xiao Huang earned a Bachelor of Technology in Automobile Engineering from Jilin University in the years 1999 to 2003. Later, from 2012 to 2015, they pursued an MBA in Specialized Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing Operations from East China Normal University and also obtained a diploma in Program General Management from emlyon business school.
