Joan Colten

Joan Colten has over three decades of experience in talent management and recruitment. Joan most recently served as the VP, Director - Strategic Talent Sourcing at IPG Health. Prior to that, they worked at FCB Health as a Senior Talent Advisor. From 2018 to 2021, Joan held the position of Senior Vice President, Global Talent Management at VMLY&R. Joan also worked at WPP as the Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Management leader from 2000 to 2021. Earlier in their career, Joan served as the Senior Vice President, Global Talent Management at Young & Rubicam Group, overseeing various talent management programs. Joan also worked as the Director of Recruitment at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide. Prior to that, Joan held roles at Korn Ferry and Heidrick & Struggles, where they gained valuable experience in talent acquisition and executive recruitment.
