Kelsey Alerta

Kelsey Alerta has a diverse work experience starting in 2012 as a Cultural Representative at Walt Disney World. They then transitioned to a role as a resourcer at Meet in 2014 before becoming a recruiter for European clinical operations and healthcare advertising. In 2016, they joined the launch team for Meet's first US-based office and served as a Senior Recruiter until 2018. From 2018 to 2021, Kelsey worked at Interbrand in various talent acquisition roles, including Associate Director and Director, managing recruiting activities, leading the DEI task-force, and handling HR and operations responsibilities. Since 2022, they have been working as the VP, Talent Acquisition Director - Specialty Agencies at IPG Health. Additionally, in 2020, Kelsey served as a MAIP Mentor at the 4A's.

Kelsey Alerta has a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from the University of Surrey. Prior to that, they attended Westcliff High School for Girls Academy Trust.
