Megan Morgenstein

Megan Morgenstein has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Most recently, they served as the Associate Director of Talent Management at IPG Health starting in July 2021. Prior to that, they spent over three years at ELLKAY, initially as a Human Resources Associate from November 2017 to April 2018, and then as a Human Resources Manager from April 2018 to July 2021.

Prior to Lockheed Martin, Megan worked as a Human Resources Consultant at HireStrategy, where they provided administrative support to the HR department and handled tasks such as processing payroll data and managing the staff budget.

Megan Morgenstein holds a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree from George Mason University. Megan also obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management, also from George Mason University. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in October 2022.
