Melissa Weaver

Melissa Weaver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior People Business Partner at Action Network since July 2023, Melissa previously held significant roles at Reveal Group, including General Manager of Talent & Operations, where responsibilities encompassed strengthening employee relations and overseeing performance management for a global workforce. As Talent Manager, Melissa developed a streamlined recruitment process and revamped the company's Mentor Program in collaboration with senior leadership. Earlier positions include Consultant at Horizon Professional Services and Associate at Makosi Consulting, where Melissa specialized in candidate identification and resume enhancement for the technology and finance sectors.
