Shahila Meghani

Shahila Meghani has a strong background in human resources, with experience spanning over two decades. Shahila currently holds the position of Director Talent Management at IPG Health, which they began in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Plexxus as a Manager of Human Resources from January 2022 to March 2023. Shahila also served as a Manager of Human Resources at Allstate from November 2018 to January 2022, and as a Human Resources Business Partner from May 2017 to November 2018.
