Joanne Mena

Joanne Mena is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in talent management and strategic HR leadership across diverse industries. Currently serving as Chief Talent Officer for Latin America at Mediabrands since April 2021, Mena provides HR partnership to support operations across multiple countries. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Human Resources for IPG Mediabrands Latam from January 2016 to April 2021, and various leadership positions at Southern Wine & Spirits, Ryder Transportation, and Gator Leasing, Inc. Mena's expertise encompasses organizational design, workplace planning, and employee development. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration from Florida International University and a BA in Marketing and Accounting from InterAmerican University.
