Sean Lapham

Sean Lapham is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in facilities management and real estate strategy. Currently serving as VP of Facilities and Real Estate for North America at IPG Mediabrands since March 2019, Sean oversees all aspects of North American facilities, collaborates with corporate executives to fulfill space requirements, and manages Capex and P&L planning. Previously, as a Project Manager at Lane Office, Sean successfully orchestrated installations for the JP Morgan Chase's HQ2 project. During a long tenure at The Madison Square Garden Company from 2004 to 2017, Sean held several key positions, including Vice President of Office Services and Vice President of Administrative Services, where responsibilities encompassed real estate management, project oversight, and operational logistics. Sean holds a BA in Communication with a Business Minor from the University of Scranton and has additional educational experience at St. John's University and Chaminade High School.
