Krista Wallace

Krista Wallace is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both engineering and education. Currently serving as a Training Manager at IPG Photonics since June 2023, Krista has previously held roles such as Mathematics & Makerspace Instructor at Rivermont Collegiate and Middle School Mathematics Teacher at Maquoketa Community School District. Prior to the education sector, Krista made significant contributions in engineering roles, including Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer at Allen Medical Systems and Advanced Engineer, Supplier Quality at General Dynamics Mission Systems. Krista's engineering background includes expertise in supplier evaluation, quality management, and process improvement, along with a strong foundation in electromechanical engineering and education, having completed a Bachelor of Science from Wentworth Institute of Technology and a Standard License via the Regents Alternative Pathway to Iowa Licensure from the University of Iowa.
