Claudia Ferreira has held various managerial roles in the hospitality industry, starting as Front Office Manager at NH Hotel Group before moving on to positions such as Office Coordinator at EF Education First and Chef de Reception at Sorell Hotel Sonnental. Currently, Claudia is the Administrator Manager Group Services at TIMETOACT GROUP and IPG Group, where Claudia oversees group services in Switzerland. Claudia graduated from EHL Swiss School of Tourism and Hospitality with a degree in Hotelier HF.
