Joe Sunny

Joe Sunny currently serves as a Junior Network Engineer at iPing IT Services since January 2024. Previously, Joe worked at PTSB from September 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included managing IT support requests, conducting system monitoring, assisting in disaster recovery solutions, and developing technical documentation. Joe also participated in user training and vendor evaluations, while creating dashboards in Tableau for performance metrics. Earlier experience includes a Trainee Manager role and Supervisor position at Centra, focusing on operational excellence and workforce management. Joe holds a Master of Science in Data Analytics and Management from Griffith College Dublin and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming from St Thomas College, Palai.
