Holly McGiboney

Holly McGiboney currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at iPipeline, beginning in May 2025, and holds the position of Senior Vice President Human Resources at Ministry Brands since February 2022, with a focus on transformative technology for mission-driven organizations. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Vesta and Head of Human Resources for the Americas at DEKRA North America, where DEKRA is recognized for its expertise in inspections and certifications. Holly also served as Vice President of Human Resources at FLEETCOR, a global provider of corporate payment solutions, and held a similar role at Newport Group, where leadership encompassed HR strategy development and operational management post-acquisition. Holly McGiboney earned a BA in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Gettysburg College and a Master's in Human Resources from Rollins College.
