Jessica Gerhart

Jessica Gerhart has extensive experience in business analysis and technology support, currently serving as Group Lead/Lead Business Analyst at iPipeline since October 2014, where Jessica supports multiple Insurance Carriers. Prior roles include Application Support Specialist & Business Analyst at TEKsystems, where Jessica contributed to a Windows 7 migration project, and Technology Solutions Engineer & Analyst at Susquehanna International Group, focusing on implementing and managing technology tools. Additionally, Jessica held various desktop support and management positions at IBM Global Services, overseeing teams and ensuring service level agreements were met. Jessica earned a BAS in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
