Caroline Fortier

Caroline Fortier has a diverse work experience spanning over two companies. Caroline began their career at Quantum Management Services Ltd. in 1997, where they served as a Placement Director & Training Manager. In this role, they supervised a team of recruiters and placement directors, provided training and motivation to staff, and offered guidance in conflict situations or problems. Caroline'stenure at Quantum Management Services Ltd. lasted until January 2003.

Afterward, Caroline joined IPL Innovative Packaging Leaders in March 2003 as an Inside Sales Representative in the Packaging Division. Caroline gradually progressed within the company, holding positions such as Regional Sales Manager, Sales Manager - Canada, Director of Global Accounts, and currently, as the Director of Sales - North America since September 2021.
