Christopher Ball

Christopher Ball has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Most recently, they worked as a Talent Director at IPL starting in November 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Academy and Apprenticeship Manager at AXA Health from October 2022 to November 2023. From December 2017 to October 2022, they held the position of Global Graduate, Apprenticeship & Early Careers Manager at Essentra. Christopher also worked as a Competency and Training Manager at Wabtec Faiveley UK from April 2016 to December 2017. Before that, they were a Programme Verification Manager at Gi Group from March 2013 to March 2015. Lastly, they served in the British Army as WOCIS from May 2009 to June 2013.

Christopher Ball earned their Doctorate degree in Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University, which they attended from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Management and Leadership from Northumbria University from 2012 to 2013. In the same period, they also completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Management (PGCM) from Oxford Brookes University.
