Eliana Villanueva

Eliana Villanueva has had a diverse range of roles in the field of human resources and training and development. Eliana began their career at Telefonica, where they worked as a Training and Development Manager from 1997 to 1999, and later as an HR Manager from 2000 to 2006. Following this, they joined WYETH as the Southern Cone Training and Development Manager from 2006 to 2009. Currently, Eliana works at Iplan Telecommunications, where they have held the positions of Human Resources Manager from 2009 to 2010 and People Director since 2010.

Eliana Villanueva graduated with a Bachelor's degree in LETRAS from the University of Buenos Aires in 1987. In 1997-1998, they pursued a Master's degree in ADMINISTRACION at the Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales.
