Kirsty Jordan

Kirsty Jordan has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kirsty is currently the Head of HR at BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT since June 2022. Prior to this role, Kirsty worked as an HR Business Partner at the same company from January 2015 to April 2022.

Before joining BCS, Kirsty worked at South Marston DC Ltd, where they held the position of HR Manager from 2012 to 2014 and Senior HR Advisor from 2007 to 2012.

Earlier in their career, Kirsty gained experience as an Interim Resourcing Officer at Woolworths plc from 2006 to 2007, an HR Assistant at Atkins from 2005 to 2006, and as a Regional Administrator from 2004 to 2005 and Resourcing Administrator from 2002 to 2004 at Woolworths plc.

Kirsty Jordan has a diverse education history. Kirsty attended BPP in 2007 and 2008, where they pursued CIPD - HR Electives. Prior to that, they studied at Swindon College from 2005 to 2006, focusing on CIPD - Leadership & Management Studies. In 2004 to 2005, Kirsty obtained a CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice from New College. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also obtained several certifications. In 2021, they became an Everymind Champion through Everymind at Work. In 2018, Kirsty earned the OCNLR Level 3 Award in Understanding Mediation from OCN London. Kirsty also holds the MHFA Standard certification from Mental Health First Aid England (MHFA) Community Interest Company, which they obtained in 2016.
