Virginie Boissimon-Smolders

Virginie Boissimon-Smolders is an accomplished executive currently serving as the CEO of IPM France since January 2024. Additionally, Virginie holds positions as an independent board member at GROUPE MARE NOSTRUM and AST Groupe, as well as a partner at Time for the Planet. Previous roles include CEO of MyFormality and COO at Makheia, where responsibilities encompassed strategic vision, operational leadership, and business development. Virginie's extensive experience in governance is further highlighted by advisory roles with various organizations, including French Tech One Lyon St-Étienne and Lyon French Tech.
