With extensive experience in IT services, Andy held various leadership roles, including President of Cloud Nine Services, where focus was on outsourced and white label end-user computing and VDI services. Previous positions include Chief Information Officer at Newtek Technology Solutions and Director of Outsourcing Delivery at IPM, supplemented by significant roles at Citrix Consulting Services and GlassHouse Technologies. Andy’s expertise encompasses enterprise architecture, service delivery management, and technology evangelism, with a strong emphasis on Citrix and virtualization technologies. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Managing Information Technology from Sullivan University and a Bachelor's in Computer & Information Security from Eastern Kentucky University.
