Andreas Schneider

Andreas Schneider has extensive experience in IT and digitalization. Andreas is currently serving as the Director of IT & Digitalization at iPoint-systems gmbh since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director IT at CureVac AG from April 2020 to February 2022, where they were responsible for global IT strategy. Andreas also served as the Director of IT at CureVac AG from July 2017 to April 2020. Before joining CureVac AG, Schneider was the Bereichsleiter IT Security at Terrabit GmbH, where they built the IT Security department from scratch and implemented strategic organizational changes. Andreas also has experience as a Geschäftsführer at Seculan GmbH, Abteilungsleiter at arxes NCC AG, and Abteilungsleiter at Extended Systems GmbH. Schneider began their career as an IT System Engineer at Tri-x GmbH and later worked as a Software Engineer at ARS Software Engineering GmbH.

Andreas Schneider attended RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau from 1987 to 1993, where they completed their Vordiplom in Physics.
