Wojciech Baran

Wojciech Baran, CFA, is an experienced investment banking professional currently serving as Investment Banking Director at IPOPEMA Securities since May 2014, specializing in M&A, financial restructuring, ECM, and DCM. Prior to this role, Wojciech held positions such as Associate Director and Manager at Gdansk Shipyard Group from January 2011 to February 2014 and Investment Manager at both Industrial Union of Donbass and Ernst & Young Corporate Finance between August 2008 and May 2008. Wojciech began their career with a brief role as Valet Attendant at Mohegan Sun in 2004.
