Jessica Jourdain has a diverse background in customer service and human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at iPostal1 since October 2021. Prior to this role, Jessica held positions in customer support as a Customer Service Representative and as an Optometric Technician at America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses from April 2019 to June 2022.
