Carol Chia

Carol Chia currently serves as the Chief Distribution Officer at IPP Financial Advisers, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this, Carol held multiple roles at AIA Singapore from September 2018 to July 2024, including Head of the Tied Distribution Business Impact Office and Principal of the same office. Carol's experience includes significant roles at Income from June 2012 to August 2018, such as DVP of Retail Sales and Senior Group Centre Manager, as well as positions at Wattana Wittaya Academy as an ESL Teacher and at HSBC, where Carol was Vice President and Branch Manager. Carol Chia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from RMIT University and has further education from the Singapore Institute of Management.
