Mark Winstone

Mark Winstone is a seasoned program manager currently engaged at Ippon Technologies since December 2023. Prior to this role, Mark co-founded ARO Advisors, serving as CIO and COO from April 2020 to June 2023, where the firm focused on process improvement, technology, marketing, finance, and operations to help clients accelerate growth and optimize spend. Mark's extensive experience at PRGX spanned nearly two decades from 2001 to 2020, culminating in the position of Vice President of International IT Operations & Infrastructure, overseeing a global team and managing a $30 million budget. In various roles at PRGX, Mark led significant IT and data services teams, ensuring efficient data handling and support for over 1,500 remote users across multiple regions. Recently, Mark pursued further education, obtaining a Postgraduate Level 7 Diploma in Information Technology from LSIB London School of International Business.
