Jim Ghimery

Jim Ghimery is an experienced ICI Director and Commercial Real Estate Broker with a specialization in Commercial Real Estate and Investment Real Estate. With a background in Facilities Engineering and Project Management in the automotive industry, Jim has successfully managed manufacturing and construction projects. Educated with a B.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and the University of Windsor, Jim has a vast portfolio consisting of development land, hi-rise condominiums, low-rise development lots, business locations, franchises, plazas, gas stations, and estate homes in Ontario.
