Ioannis Ierides

Ioannis Ierides has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2010, they served as a Second Lieutenant in the Cypriot National Guard for two years. In 2014, they interned at Inmarsat, a telecommunications company. In 2015, they worked as a Facilities Manager at Transport for London. From 2016 to 2016, they were a Research Intern at the University of Cyprus. In 2020, they completed a PhD Internship in physics consulting at TTP plc. In 2017, they became a Graduate Research Student at UCL, where they worked until 2021. In 2022, they worked as a Consultant at TTP plc. Currently, they hold the position of Business Development Manager at Iprova, a role they started in 2023.

Ioannis Ierides began their education at Falcon School in Nicosia, where they obtained their Leaving Certificate in 2010. Their studies focused on subjects such as Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Economics.

In 2012, Ioannis further pursued their academic journey at Imperial College London, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Physics. Ioannis spent three years dedicated to this program, completing their studies in 2015.

Seeking to expand their knowledge and specialization, Ioannis went on to pursue a Master's degree (MRes) in Nanomaterials at Imperial College London. This one-year program was completed in 2017.

Continuing their education at a high level, Ioannis enrolled at UCL in 2017 to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics & Advanced Characterisation of Materials. Ioannis dedicated four years to this program, completing it in 2021.
