Dan St. Martin has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Dan is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at IPS Corporation since October 2021. Prior to that, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Cypress Performance Group, LLC from August 2020 to October 2021. Dan also held the position of President at Kollmorgen, An Altra Motion company (formerly Danaher/Fortive) from September 2013 to August 2020. Before that, they worked at John Deere in various roles including Director of Global Combine Product Line Strategy, General Manager, Head of Strategy & BD for Intelligent Mobile Equipment, Manager of Corporate Business Development, Business Unit Manager, and Project Manager. Dan also has prior experience as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting and as a Consultant at Andersen Consulting.

Dan St. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution Management from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Dan later pursued their MBA at Dartmouth College, where they attended both Dartmouth College and The Tuck School of Business from 2000 to 2002.
