Nick Bazarian has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nick is currently serving as the Vice President of Product Management, Engineering, M&A, and IPS Business System at IPS Corporation since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director and Business System Leader at Encapsys from April 2021 to November 2021.

Before joining Encapsys, Nick held several positions at Pantone starting from August 2015. Nick worked as a Senior Product Manager and Innovation DBS Leader under the Danaher General Manager Development Program from October 2019 to April 2021. Earlier, they served as the Global Sales Channel Manager and a Product Manager for Pantone Digital.

Nick also gained experience in Innovation Business Development at United Technologies in 2014, and as a Managing Consultant and Project Manager at IBM Global Business Services from 2007 to 2013.

Nick Bazarian earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Art and Business from Colby College, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in General Management from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, completing their studies from 2013 to 2015. Alongside their formal education, they also obtained additional certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI in 2012 and the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from APICS in 2011.
