Oscar Ayala

Oscar Ayala currently serves as the Operations and Supply Chain Director at IPSA - Inversiones Pucara S.A. since 2023. Previously, Oscar held the position of Mexico Operations Director at VF Corporation from August 2019 to February 2022, overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations including demand and supply planning, project management, customer service, foreign trade, and logistics. Prior to VF Corporation, Oscar was the Supply Chain Director for Latin America & Caribbean at Bacardi from September 2007 to August 2019, managing supply chain operations across multiple countries and departments. Oscar began the career at GM as the Carrier Management Manager from January 2003 to September 2007, focusing on strategic route design for auto part supply. Oscar holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois Chicago and completed professional and executive development at Harvard Division of Continuing Education in June 2022.
