Asad Maqsood

Asad Maqsood is a skilled DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in cloud technologies, primarily utilizing MS Azure. Currently employed at ipSCAPE since April 2019, Asad has expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) using Ansible and Terraform, along with CI/CD processes facilitated by Bitbucket Pipelines. Previously, Asad held various roles in telecommunications, including Voice Operations Lead and L2 Voice Engineer, where responsibilities included managing cloud contact center suites and engineering telephony infrastructure. With a background in quality assurance and team leadership in telephony services at TRG - The Resource Group, Asad has successfully coordinated contact center solutions for international clients, ensuring seamless operations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences.
