Paula Casalino

Paula has over 25 years of experience in the life sciences industry and food industry, in various leadership roles. Her skills include strategic and facility master planning complete with capital and operational expense forecasting, operational excellence, and capital project execution, starting with strong front-end loading development through to startup (including design, construction, CQV, team development and training, and ramp-up to commercial production and licensure, with safety being paramount, and incorporating quality by design. Paula has achieved best-in-class results in capital project management, operations, facilities management, health, safety and environment, quality management, and process/technical transfer by using innovative and creative approaches to build and influence high-performing teams.
