Richalle Ritts

Richalle Ritts is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in process engineering and technology management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at IPS-Integrated Project Services, LLC, Richalle has held various key roles including Manager of Process Engineering and Manager of Engineering and Technology at Corbion. Prior positions include Senior Technical Consultant at ProPharma Group, Senior Process Engineer at Nalco, and Process Engineer at Boehringer Ingelheim. Richalle Ritts holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemical Engineering and Biological Sciences from Missouri University of Science and Technology, completed between 1999 and 2003.
