Amale El Arabi

Amale El Arabi has extensive experience in quality management and transformation, currently serving as Head of Quality Transformation & Strategy at Ipsen since 2005, where responsibilities include the formulation and governance of the quality strategy and management of strategic projects across the group. Previous roles at Ipsen include Directeur Qualité and Responsable Qualité et EHS, focusing on ISO certification and integrated management systems. Prior to Ipsen, Amale worked as a consultant and trainer in quality, safety, and environmental management at Altran and Euriware, and held a position as EHS Engineer at TOTAL, leading environmental certification efforts. Amale holds a specialized master's degree in Quality, Safety, and Environment management from the Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Lyon, along with degrees in electrochemistry and analytical chemistry from prestigious institutions.
