Gérard Ducrotoy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and R&D across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior R&D-GMA Procurement Business Partner at Ipsen since January 2022, Gérard previously held significant roles including Senior Procurement Engineer Analyst Buyer at Pharma Food Life Science and Group Lead Buyer R&D at Ceva Santé Animale. As a Project Manager for Projet Riyourt, Gérard contributed to the establishment of a new company focused on producing a plant-based dessert alternative to yogurt. With a long tenure at Sanofi, Gérard advanced from Global Lead Buyer roles in COGS & Distribution and Scientific and Clinical sectors to Head of Global Sub-categories Chemistry, API & Excipients, overseeing critical procurement processes. Gérard holds an ICG degree in Strategic Management from IFG Executive Education and an Agronomy Engineering degree in Analytical Chemistry from AgroParisTech.
