Kendra Baillie

Kendra Baillie is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources for North America at Ipsen since April 2019, Kendra has previously held positions including Director and Senior Manager of Human Resources & Corporate Communications in Canada. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Celgene from July 2014 to March 2019, and HR advisory positions at GlaxoSmithKline between January 2010 and July 2014. Kendra began a career in human resources at the Ministry of the Attorney General, where multiple roles were undertaken from August 2005 to December 2009. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from Queen’s University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology & Human Resources Management from the University of Waterloo.
