Carole Lombard, MBA has worked for a number of companies since 2001. Carole started their career at Enterprise Informatics as an Inside Sales/Proposal Coordinator. In 2006, they joined Vistage International as a Manager of Sourcing, where they developed and implemented a sourcing plan for the recruiting team of an international business advisory and executive coaching organization. Carole also established strategic alliances through various marketing channels. In 2008, Carole joined Bentley Systems as a Sales Operations Program Manager. In 2018, they worked as a Proposal Specialist - Contractor for Bentley Systems and as a Bid Writer/Bid Improvement Lead for IPS Group, Inc. Currently, they work as a Grant Coordinator for Resounding Joy Inc.

Carole Lombard, MBA obtained their MBA from California Lutheran University in Business Administration. Carole also holds a Bachelor's degree from San Diego State University in Family and Consumer Sciences/Home Economics Teacher Education. In addition, they hold two certifications: Certified Master of Career Services (CMCS) from the National Career Development Association, obtained in 2014, and Job & Career Development Coach (JCDC) from Career Network, obtained in 2009.
