Cathy Bock

Cathy Bock has been working in the field of enforcement and permitting since 2021, when they began their role as Project and Account Manager at IPS Group, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at the Rapid City Police Dept. beginning in 1997, where they held the position of Lieutenant.

Cathy Bock attended the University of Wyoming from 1991 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice.
