Thomas Winston Morgan

Thomas Winston Morgan serves as the Executive Director at Westminster University since August 2023, following the acquisition of IPSL Institute for Global Learning, now IPSL Global Engagement at Westminster University. Previously, Thomas was the President of IPSL Institute for Global Learning from 2008 to 2023, where leadership focused on study abroad, community-based learning, and research programs. Thomas also held the position of Executive Director at National University of Natural Medicine from 2019 to 2023, overseeing the IPSL Global Institute at NUNM, which integrates academic study with volunteer service and research. Earlier experience includes Area Director for International Programs at the University of Oregon and Regional Manager for AFS Intercultural Programs. Thomas possesses advanced educational qualifications, including a Doctoral Program at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Master of Arts from Portland State University, along with international studies at Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen and the Middlebury Institute of International Studies.
