The Project Management team at Ipso coordinates and oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of mental health and psychosocial support services projects. They ensure smooth execution across various regions, including Afghanistan and multiple German states, while facilitating sociocultural dialogue to promote peace and social cohesion. This team works closely with counselors and trainers to integrate effective project strategies and deliver impactful support to communities in need.
