Farah Rihani

Farah Rihani is an experienced professional in research management, currently serving as Senior Accounts Manager and Head of Research Excellence at Ipsos since October 2018. Rihani has progressed through various roles at Ipsos, including Accounts Manager and Senior Research Executive. Prior to joining Ipsos, Rihani held positions as a Contact Center Executive at Aramex and a Marketing Intern at Bosch Thermotechnik GmbH, where responsibilities included product management support and market analysis. Rihani started the career as a Customer Relations Intern at Izzat Marji Group. Rihani holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Sciences from German Jordanian University and has completed an exchange program in International Business at the University of Applied Sciences Emden/Leer. Rihani's foundational education includes a High School Diploma from the National Orthodox School, focusing on the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE).
