Prior to Ipsos, Nicholas worked at MaritzCX as a Senior Director of Strategic Consulting. During their time there from 2013 to 2015, they focused on helping organizations improve customer retention and lifetime value by integrating customer experience intelligence and action systems into their business operations.

Before MaritzCX, Nicholas served as the Director of Insights at Daymon, an insights and marketing division within Daymon Worldwide. From 2009 to 2013, they specialized in conducting primary research for Fortune 500 retailers and CPG companies to solve their business challenges.

In 2007, Nicholas worked at Randstad USA as a Senior Consultant. Nicholas successfully managed a highly profitable branch with over $4 million in annual revenues. Nicholas'sresponsibilities included overseeing daily operations, employee acquisition and training, contract compliance, strategic planning, and customer retention processes.

Nicholas's earlier experience includes serving as the Director at YMCA from 2004 to 2006.
